Work Schedule:
This position requires managing 3-5 shifts each week, overseeing a team of 4-8 employees.

Customer Experience:
Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive prompt, friendly service and enjoy perfectly crafted sandwiches.

Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Food Preparation
  • Baking Bread
  • Slicing Meats
  • Constructing Sandwiches
  • Leading the Sandwich Line
  • Coordinating Deliveries
  • Utilizing the POS System
  • Completing Shift Paperwork and Closures
  • Balancing Receipts and Preparing Shift Deposits

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • The ability to commit to a 40-hour work week
  • At least 18 years of age
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Some supervisory experience
  • The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
  • A willingness to provide constructive feedback and suggestions regarding store operations and team performance
