Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee and supervise a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, and Hospice Aides.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Coordinate agency functions to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and guidelines related to home health and Medicare.
    • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to our policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • A Registered Nurse (RN) degree, with a BSN preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Medicare-certified Hospice agency setting, with progressive clinical and management experience preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and families.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Knowledge of federal and state laws and guidelines related to home health and Medicare.
