Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Tire Service Technician to join our team at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing tire replacement and repair services on medium truck commercial vehicles, as well as farm and agricultural vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tire Replacement and Repair: Dismounting, mounting, balancing, and repairing commercial medium truck tires, as well as farm and agricultural tires, implement tires, industrial tires, and multi-piece wheels.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating all related equipment and tools as trained, including service trucks and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to commercial accounts and customers, including performing air check services as needed.
  • Documentation: Properly completing all field order paperwork for work performed in the shop or on site in the field.
  • Work Environment: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and properly jacking/lifting commercial equipment and vehicles for tire service purposes.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial tire service
  • Certifications: TIA Level 200 Certification in Commercial Tire Service
  • Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, math and computer skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs, and exposure to loud noises. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
