As a Nursing Assistant Certified, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with recreational activities, social events, and other programs designed to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
- Collaborate with the care team to identify and address the needs of residents, providing individualized care and support.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on best practices in caregiving and resident care.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a program.
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
