We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled System Administrator to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Linux system administration tasks, including operating system installation, updates, and user/group management.
  • Configure Linux servers to facilitate data sharing with other systems, including Windows environments.
  • Evaluate system vulnerabilities and implement hardening measures, including regression testing for systems and applications.
  • Manage and administer antivirus solutions.
  • Utilize shell scripting (Bash and others) to streamline administrative and troubleshooting processes.
  • Conduct Windows system administration, including OS management and Active Directory tasks.
  • Set up Windows servers and ensure interoperability with Linux systems.
  • Assess vulnerabilities and apply necessary hardening techniques on Windows platforms.


Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in system administration roles of similar complexity.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field from an accredited institution is required; alternatively, five (5) years of additional experience may substitute for a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ (Sec+), or the ability to obtain it.
  • Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) principles and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of router and switch configurations for system hardening and compliance checks.
  • Experience with Elastic (ELK) Stack configuration.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for enhanced system administration and automation.
  • Experience in installing and troubleshooting GOTS/COTS software on both Windows and Linux servers.

Security Clearance:

  • Must possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
