Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of ABS drain lines using appropriate tools.
- Handling cast iron waste lines with precision.
- Working with copper water lines, including measuring, cutting, cleaning, fluxing, and soldering.
- Managing CPVC water lines with accuracy.
- Installing black iron and flex gas lines, ensuring proper layout and installation.
- Working with PEX water lines, including cutting and fitting.
- Executing plumbing system installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with code standards.
- Inspecting plumbing systems for safety and functionality.
- Engaging with customers to troubleshoot issues and provide estimates.
- Utilizing dispatch software for project management.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service vehicles.
- Adhering to company quality and safety protocols.
- Communicating effectively with clients regarding work performed and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing installation experience preferred.
- Ability to supervise and train a small team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential plumbing systems.
- Capability to manage multiple phases of plumbing projects.
- Strong understanding of current plumbing codes.
- Experience in material procurement and project scheduling.
- Physical ability to handle demanding workloads.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Possession of necessary tools for plumbing tasks.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug tests.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Trade certifications are advantageous.
Compensation Transparency:
The annual salary range for this position is between $66,000 and $120,000, influenced by factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.
