Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Embassy Suites Blue Ash. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our guests.

• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food storage, and waste control.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized, and that our kitchen meets all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• 2+ years of experience in a culinary role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
