Nurse Specialist

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
This role provides direct clinical patient care and assumes responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The successful candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills and be able to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide direct clinical patient care
- Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
Requirements:
- Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
- Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a nurse
- CPR certification
