Hospitality Server

Role Summary:
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by serving food and beverages in accordance with established protocols and standards. This role involves engaging with patrons and team members in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner, assisting with guest seating, clearing and setting tables, preparing takeout orders, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.

Ideal Candidate:
The preferred candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of one year of experience in a food service environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Strong communication skills, effective time management, and a professional appearance and demeanor are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greets all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Accurately takes orders and serves meals and beverages in a timely manner
• Utilizes the complete POS system and other necessary software efficiently
• Keeps work areas clean and organized, ensuring proper storage of equipment and supplies
• Adheres to safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assists with bussing and setting tables, along with performing cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Preferred one year of relevant experience in food service
• Exhibits a helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
