Roof Inspector

Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians is seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Roof Inspectors. As a Roof Inspector, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating roof damage, conducting inspections, and providing accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify damage and assess its extent
• Use technology to document findings and provide accurate reports
• Work independently and safely navigate various types of roofs, including steep and high roofs
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with insureds
• Meet requirements for certifications and credentials to become part of our contractor pool

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and ability to transport and carry a 32' ladder
• Ability to complete inspection documentation via a Hancock-approved device
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams
• HAAG Certification is a plus
