Premise Health is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Client Operations. This position will oversee the management of multiple employer worksites across various lines of health and fitness-related services within a geographic area.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary client contact for strategic integration and expansion opportunities, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and value-added strategies.
- Identify and implement processes to improve overall performance of health centers, defining innovative measurements of performance standards to integrate corporate strategies.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and knowledge of staffing, capacity, ROI, budget, margins, service, and product offerings to drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes.
- Strategically identify and solve complex problems effectively, utilizing internal support to develop proactive approaches.
- Own client/site meetings, committees, and task forces to support strategic initiatives and goals.
- Operational lead on implementations post-go-live.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication across virtual sites, effectively navigating multilayer client relationships.
- Manage complex multiple lines of service and clients, providing effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring at the site level.
- Build talent to proactively manage additional lines of service.
- Participate in sales processes and serve as an escalation point for clients.
- Consult with Medical, Legal, or Compliance departments regarding regulations, practices, and certification requirements.
- Manage site-level supervisors and oversee the client/site meetings, committees, and task forces to support strategic initiatives and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, managing others.
- Experience working as a licensed healthcare professional preferred.
- Experience managing virtual teams.
- Healthcare experience managing in a medical, pharmacy, fitness, or other similar environment preferred.
- Experience in an Operations function desired.
- Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired.
- Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems.
- Demonstrated process or efficiency management.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills required.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills required.
- Excellent demonstrated follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization (both internal and external).
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage change.
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, Medicare, and/or clinical standards of practice preferred.
