  • Reduce customer and associate dishonesty by implementing and promoting loss prevention strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor large shrink areas in stores to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Report incidents to the asset protection manager and provide timely and accurate information to support investigations and resolution.
  • Support customer and associate relations through effective communication and training to promote a positive and secure shopping environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in loss prevention or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address security risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, associates, and management.
