Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and improve patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our pharmacy teams are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Pharmacist in charge designation on the pharmacy state license.
- Submission of required information to state PMP administrators.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
- A competitive salary range of $81.00 per hour.
