Key Responsibilities

  • Manage medical records, including registration, filing, organization, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical departments to schedule appointments and implement complex scheduling adjustments.
  • Respond to requests via email, phone, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements and Compensation

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar field is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. The estimated salary for this role is $58,000 - $68,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
