About the Job

We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer with a passion for designing and developing mechanical systems for the automotive industry. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Creo tools, VISMOCKUP, and Caterpillar software to drive innovation and efficiency. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with hands-on experience, will enable you to tackle complex challenges and contribute to the success of our clients.

Benefits and Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan and relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities

As a mechanical engineer in this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Designing and developing mechanical systems for power generation and distribution
  • Utilizing Creo tools, VISMOCKCKP, and Caterpillar software to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Collaborating with onsite engineers to ensure effective project execution
  • Providing technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess hands-on experience working with power generation and distribution systems, as well as knowledge of Virtual Validation, Virtual Audits, and reviews. Familiarity with VDRA for price list management and experience with PACN, PLCN, CTS (Change Tracking System), SAP, EOMP, CSQ, and Shop change/Green sheet are highly desirable. Strong soft skills, including good communication and presentation abilities, are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
