Job Summary

BAE Systems USA is seeking a seasoned Operations Program Manager IV to lead the Operations effort as a Production Product Area Lead for the entire Lifecycle of programs. This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, taking the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the proposal effort for Operations, prepare and implement project execution plans for all awarded programs, and identify and coordinate any technical, manufacturing, and business resources needed to ensure schedules are met, are on time and on budget.
  • Review the status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports, as well as be responsible to assess issues, drive to closure production efforts and provide resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Manage three direct OPM reports and be responsible for the entire Lifecycle of programs.

Requirements

  • Earned Value Management experience.
  • Experienced people manager.
  • Solid production execution experience.
  • Current/active Secret Clearance.
  • US citizenship status.
