At Loma Linda University Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse B - Inpatient to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

This role involves utilizing discretion and independent judgment to provide direct/indirect age-specific and developmentally appropriate quality patient-centered care. The successful candidate will perform the nursing process (assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation) in accordance with LLUMC's established Professional Practice Model (Duffy's Quality Caring Theory).

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a recruitment incentive bonus based on eligibility requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association required
  • Minimum of one year experience required
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
