Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral and mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address behavioral and mental health needs
  • Provide behavioral interventions and support to individuals in various settings
  • Collaborate with caregivers, family members, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Train and supervise staff on positive behavioral strategies
Requirements
  • BCBA certification and state licensure
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Behavior Analyst in a home and community-based setting
  • Strong background in setting up language programs to facilitate communication skills
  • Motivated and excellent work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
