About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at The Smilist Dental. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors in delivering high-quality dental treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist our doctors in providing efficient and effective dental treatment, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, preparing patients for treatment and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and manage supply levels in each operatory.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, addressing individual concerns and promoting a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous dental assisting experience required.
  • Prior endo, perio, and implant experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Dentrix a plus.
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Previous work experience in a dental practice.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
