Join Our Team as a Diesel Technician

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Diesel Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for our fleet of diesel engines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues with diesel engines, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components.
  • Assist customers with roadside services and provide preventative maintenance services to ensure their vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and drivers from all over the country, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in close quarters.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
  • Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
