Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Manager to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing operations for multi-family properties, ensuring maximum occupancy rates and rental rates while adhering to company policies and relevant laws. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a team of leasing specialists to achieve property leasing and occupancy goals * Ensure all leasing activities are carried out in a manner that maximizes occupancy rates and rental rates * Uphold JLL's customer service standards for residents, clients, and fellow associates * Provide exceptional service to residents, ensure client satisfaction, and foster positive relationships with colleagues * Oversee the rental process from start to finish, including responding to phone and email inquiries, converting calls to onsite appointments, and processing rental applications * Oversee the move-in process, including arranging for new residents to sign leases and providing move-in information * Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly, documenting and communicating work order requests to service associates * Assist with other resident-related functions, including move-out notices, transfers, work orders, and concern/complaint processing Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred * Two to three years of sales and/or customer relations' experience * Experience in supervisory role and managing staff * Financial acumen/experience writing and maintaining budgets * Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage) or other similar property management software * Excellent customer service skills while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism * Strong grasp of modern technology and the ability to utilize same in day-to-day job activities * Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills * General office and sales skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong attention to detail * Work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners What's in it for you: * Join an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estate * Deep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your work * Comprehensive and competitive benefits plan * A supportive, caring, and diverse work environment designed for your growth and well-being * A platform to make a meaningful impact on the community and the environment through our sustainability initiatives Location: On-site - Coral Gables, FL Personalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth: * 401(k) plan with matching company contributions * Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care * Paid parental leave at 100% of salary * Paid Time Off and Company Holidays JLL Privacy Notice: Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
