Job Title: Lead Associate at Cornerstone Building Brands

Job Summary

Gross Salary: $21.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the production line and manage schedules and orders efficiently
  • Establish priorities, provide guidance, and support the team for increased productivity
  • Prior experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Ensure high-level quality control in the department
  • Assign tasks based on instructions and work orders
  • Have a good understanding of warehouse operations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • May need to work weekends as per business requirements

Qualifications

  • Physical fitness required for standing, walking, climbing for long hours
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Capability to lift heavy weights and perform physical tasks
  • Focus on working safely and producing quality output
