We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team as an ABA Therapist. In this role, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide individualized services to children with autism.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with parents/caregivers is essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one therapeutic care to clients in a home, school, clinic, and/or community setting.
• Implement behavioral treatment plans and instructional plans utilizing ABA principles as directed by BCBAs.
• Assist with supporting clients during times of challenging behaviors through the implementation of behavior support plans.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents/caregivers regarding client progress and plan of care.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Prior professional experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA practices and company policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
