Role Overview:
The Senior Accountant will manage various transactional functions and collaborate closely with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring effective administrative, financial, and asset management in accordance with fiscal regulations and company policies.

You will independently oversee several processes while guiding BPO resources in operational tasks. The role involves managing limited complex transactions with general supervision and making limited judgments.
- Period-end closing and reporting (A2R)
- Treasury management
- Fixed Assets Accounting
- Payroll Accounting Process (Execution and Back-ups)
- Projects and enhancements
- Compliance and integrity
- Controls - Define Journal

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Over five years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Proven understanding of various accounting and reporting principles and processes.
- Experience collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve basic issues independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging with both management and staff.
- Capacity to work autonomously and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in a decentralized finance structure.
- Proficient in professional business English (oral and written) and local language as necessary.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.

Additional Information:
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of on-site and remote work. The standard business hours are Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime as required.
