Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Roche Bros. Supermarkets. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer specifications.
  • Operate bakery equipment, such as mixers and ovens, to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company sanitation standards.
  • Restock and rotate inventory, ensuring that products are fresh and available for customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and making product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced bakery environment, with exposure to loud noises, heat, and cold temperatures. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
