Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in developing project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and scope
- Coordinate project activities, including meetings, emails, and documentation
- Assist in managing project risks, issues, and changes
- Provide support to the project manager in providing progress reports and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello)
- Certification in project management or coordination is highly desirable
