Associate Veterinarian Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Estero Animal Hospital. As a key member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of medical and surgical cases, while supporting your professional growth and development.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a collaborative culture, a highly trained staff, and access to advanced diagnostic tools. You will have the opportunity to serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach, collaborate with the clinical team and leadership, and grow relationships within the practice and the community.

Responsibilities
  • Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach
  • Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership
  • Grow relationships within the practice and the community
  • Encourage the growth of support staff members through our internal LevelUp training program
  • Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during our open hours
Requirements
  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state)
