About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our chronically and critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient care services, including bathing, oral hygiene, and hair care.
  • Respond to patient needs in a timely manner, ensuring their physical well-being.
  • Participate in hourly rounds to assess patient needs and provide updates.
  • Transport patients to and from treatment centers, assisting with mobility as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of instruments, equipment, and patient rooms.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience (3+ years).
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience as a nursing assistant, certification, or related field (medical assistant, nursing student).
