Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at SSM Health. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical, telemetry, step down ICU, ICU, and emergency department setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
