Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
- Supervise staff, including therapists, counselors, and support staff, to ensure they are meeting program goals and objectives.
- Manage program operations, including admissions, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to funding and accreditation.
- Develop and implement program goals and objectives, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic plan.
- Provide consultation and training to staff on best practices in mental health treatment.
- Collaborate with other departments, including administration and finance, to ensure seamless program operations.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work.
- Licensed in the state of Oklahoma as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LFMT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- 2 years of administrative experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on program management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients.
