Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

  • Document care provided in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective connections with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Empathy and compassion, understanding and addressing the emotional and physical needs of residents.
  • Problem-solving abilities, navigating challenges and adapting to unique resident circumstances.
  • Attention to detail, accurately documenting care and monitoring changes in health status.

  • Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks while prioritizing resident care effectively.
