We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team at Jobs for Humanity. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting membership benefits, and supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our company.

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote membership benefits and services to members, ensuring they understand the value of our products and services.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Participate in sales and marketing events, promoting our products and services to members and potential customers.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
• Fulfill member orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
