Your Responsibilities:

As a caregiver on our team, you will have the chance to support children from various families in your community. Your role will involve creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in your care. Our system will automatically assign you to jobs based on your qualifications, location, and availability.

  • Conduct introductory calls with families you are scheduled to assist
  • Provide care for children in their homes, typically for an 8-hour shift
  • Adhere to the schedules and guidelines established by parents
  • Perform household tasks related to the care provided, such as cleaning up after meals and activities

Qualifications for Success:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability for at least one weekday (minimum of 8 consecutive hours between 6 AM and 8 PM)
  • Relevant childcare experience
  • Reliable transportation to reach families' residences, with the ability to travel up to 15 miles
  • CPR and First Aid certification for adults, infants, and children required prior to employment (reimbursement available for certification)
  • Comfortable using app-based tools and electronic devices
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and frequent bending
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Exposure to mildly ill children

Compensation: $19 to $21 per hour. This range reflects the anticipated national salary spectrum for this role. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. The listed range is one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which may include annual bonuses and various benefits such as health insurance, life and disability coverage, a robust 401K matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off.
