1. Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and active listening
2. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items with precision and attention to detail
3. Upsell and recommend the coffeehouse's products to customers
4. Ensure that the store is clean and organized at all times
5. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions
6. Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Salary: $42,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience.
