We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Carvana. As a key member of our Market Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicles at our Market Hubs.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Inspection and Preparation: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis to maintain a high level of cleanliness and appearance.
- Multi-Point Inspection: Complete a comprehensive inspection of arriving inventory, including fuel level, safety features, drivability test, and proper display of company and state disclosures.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors, and interact and communicate with team members and management across all lines of the business.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Adhere to regular and predictable attendance, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
- Age and Driver's License: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Driving Record: Must have no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years or DUI.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently, and be able to stand for an extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping.
- Visual Acuity and Manual Dexterity: Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Safety Equipment: Requires use of safety equipment, including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
