The Opportunity
We are seeking a Residential Cleaner to join our housekeeping team at Skywood Recovery Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. This is a critical role that requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for cleaning and sanitation. As a Residential Cleaner, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our facilities management goals. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively interact with colleagues and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize all facilities, including kitchens, dining areas, and living spaces
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility
• Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in housekeeping or cleaning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the facility
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
