Job Summary:
We're seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver with Right at Home Middle Tennessee, you'll provide essential support and assistance to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will involve helping clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including mobility, grooming, and bathing
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks according to client preferences
- Provide companionship and social interaction to alleviate loneliness and isolation
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or concerns to management
Requirements:
- One year of personal or professional caregiving experience required
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift/move 50 pounds without assistance
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Pass a background check
- CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred but not required
