Registered Nurse: Day Shift Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Part-Time Weekend Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents with special needs.
About the RoleThis is a Part-Time Weekend Registered Nurse position working in our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program (PRTF) for adolescent females and males at our West Chester, PA location. Our programs provide clinical treatment, educational instruction, and behavioral intervention services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric challenges and disorders.
What We Offer- Competitive hourly rate: $36 - $41 per hour
- $3,000 Sign On Bonus (for external applicants only)
- $1,000 at 90 days (3 months)
- $1,000 at 180 days (6 months)
- $1,000 at 1 year
- Comprehensive training in crisis prevention/intervention, trauma-informed care, CPR, first aid, and cultural competencies

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with a B.S.N., Diploma, or A.D.
- Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- One year of post-education nursing experience preferred
- Experience with individuals with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions
- Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, and experience with data collection/analyzing platforms
