Pharmacy Technician

At CVS Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. As a Telepharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and secure operation of our Remote Dispensing Pharmacy locations.

• Oversee the daily operations of a Telepharmacy Remote Dispensing Pharmacy location, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and CVS Health policies.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including controlled substances, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Supervising Pharmacist and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance clinical and technical skills, staying up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations.

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician (may be 2+ in select states)
• PTCB National Certification or equivalent state-accepted national Pharmacy Technician Certification
• High school diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required
• State-level licensure requirements vary by state
• Regular and reliable attendance

• Experience in Inventory Specialist Role
• Education High School diploma or equivalent
