Job Summary:

BAE Systems USA is seeking a Quality Engineer to support operations in Fort Walton Beach, FL. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, modifying, applying, and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.
Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment, and conducts quality assurance tests.
Familiar with Work Order Review, Purchase Order Quality Requirements.
May be certified in lean and six-sigma quality methodologies and utilize quality tools to help drive continuous improvement.
Proficient in Problem solving and Root Cause Analysis

Requirements:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years quality engineering experience in aerospace, machine parts, and assemblies or equivalent experience (10+ years).
Familiar with AS9100, AS9102

Preferred Qualifications:

CMM Programming and Operating
Aerospace electronics

Compensation and Benefits:

Full-Time Salary Range: $75,510 - $128,340
