Compensation and Benefits
As a Nurse Practitioner with Delta Physician Placement, you will receive a competitive salary range of $123K-$170K, plus annual merit increases of up to 7%. Additionally, you will be eligible for a relocation bonus of $30K, a sign-on bonus of 10% of your base salary, and a retention bonus of 10% of your base salary after two years. You will also have access to student loan repayment through the NHSC-ISH program and a CME allowance of $4K plus 40 hours.

Responsibilities and Facility Details
As a Nurse Practitioner with our team, you will work in an outpatient psychiatry setting, treating patients 18 years and older. Your responsibilities will include crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluation, psychiatric medication management, and psychotherapy. You will work closely with our psychiatric care team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Our team consists of a multidisciplinary group of professionals, including MP/NPs, Nurse Case Managers, and Behavioral Health Case Managers.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with added qualifications in psychiatry. You must also be certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurse Credentialing Center and be eligible for DEA certification. You will need to be able to work in a team environment and have experience working in a multi-disciplinary setting with prescriptive privileges.
