As a key member of our Store Leadership team, the Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a designated area of the store and managing overall operations when acting as the Manager on Duty. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Security: Uphold safety as the top priority by maintaining a secure shopping environment. Address any unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Customer Engagement: Treat all customers and associates with respect, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s brand image by maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring compliance with dress code standards.
  • Merchandising Excellence: Ensure that merchandise is presented according to company standards, including recovery, sizing, and markdowns.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention strategies by maintaining a strong customer service presence and safeguarding confidential information.
  • Front End Operations: Supervise front-end processes, ensuring efficient customer service and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service and supervisory roles is preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing more than 25 lbs.
