Work Schedule and Rate of Pay

Flexible work schedules are available, and the rate of pay is $13.00 per hour.

Job Summary

This role involves performing routine tasks with a high level of customer service. The employee will work under the supervision of a manager and will be responsible for preparing and serving food.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology
Essential Duties
  • Operate a cash register and handle monetary transactions
  • Prepare food according to instructions and assist with food preparation
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary cafeteria
  • Stock food items after deliveries
  • Run daily reports and balance cash drawer
  • Maintain positive customer service
  • Maintain required training, licensure, and/or certifications
  • Maintain confidentiality of privileged information
  • Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of diverse populations
Other Duties

This role may involve performing other duties as assigned by the department.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires medium physical demands and may involve working in a loud environment.
