Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soccer Coach to join our team at TOCA USA. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for teaching soccer skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a technology-enhanced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging soccer training programs for players of all ages and skill levels.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group training sessions to help players improve their technical and decision-making abilities.
  • Collaborate with the TOCA Training Manager to create and implement a comprehensive training plan that meets the needs of our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches to ensure a positive and supportive training environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest soccer training methods and technologies to ensure our programs are innovative and effective.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of local soccer talent and community engagement through our programs and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a soccer coach or trainer, preferably in a youth sports setting.
  • Strong knowledge of soccer training methods and techniques, including player development and sports psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with players, parents, and coaches of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
