Job Description
As a Senior Technical Specialist at Basic Solutions, you will lead the development and implementation of testing procedures and protocols for our server hardware systems, modules, and devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.

The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the development and implementation of testing procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
• Provide training and support to technical staff on new technologies and procedures.

Requirements
• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or related Engineering Degree, with 3+ years of industry experience in data center equipment testing.
• Familiar with Linux OS.
• Experience with server hardware testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
