Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the value of our technical work is communicated effectively and contribute to the growth of our department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with geographically dispersed technical teams to manage programs, track financial execution, and create visual representations of complex challenges and solutions.
  • Develop high-quality visual materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and assist Project Leaders with crafting internal and external messaging.
  • Manage the schedule, budget, and details of numerous projects and tasks associated with Logistics in a Contested Environment.
  • Simplify complex information to make it accessible to a broad audience and focus on enhancing user experience and effective storytelling.
  • Plan and execute collaboration sessions to drive high-impact outcomes for various customers in the context of Logistics in a Contested Environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing internal/external events across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Possess the ability to organize and manage complex projects or programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive collaboration across geographic boundaries.
  • Excellent visual, verbal, and organizational, time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
  • Successful track record of increasing impact through visual depictions, user experience design, and branding.
  • Strong self-starter who can work independently with a willingness to engage with diverse teams.
  • Ability to develop, articulate, and translate complex technical ideas and language into meaningful and impactful products.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • This position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
