Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to determine each child's physical strengths and challenges.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, focusing on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional abilities.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions through fun and engaging activities to motivate children and promote progress.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and parents to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes.
- Provide guidance and education to families on therapeutic exercises and activities to support their child's progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in state of practice.
