About You:
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in managing engineering teams, architecture and design, planning, and release management for consumer electronic devices or embedded devices.
Requirements:
- ~8+ years of experience in managing engineering teams, architecture & design, planning, and release management for consumer electronic devices or embedded devices.
- ~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
- ~ Ability to multi-task and drive parallel projects with tight deadlines.
- ~ Very good experience in C, C++11, Rust is a plus.
- ~ Experience in HAL layer design, notification system, IPC, multi-processing, multi-threading, debugging/core dump analysis.
- ~ Experience in Shell-Script, Makefile, Python, git, JIRA.
- ~ Good communication, problem-solving skills, self-motivated, proactive, and good team player.
- ~ Preferred to have specialization in one of the areas: DRM (Widevine, PlayReady), toolchain/makefile/cmake/build environment set-ups, dockers containerization, snapcraft, OpenGL/openGL ES applications, windowing systems, directFB, OSD, GPU/GE drivers, Graphics pipeline, Video player development, and/or audio-video pipeline design/development.
