Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Monitor patients' physical and mental well-being, tracking vital signs and documenting health concerns
- Perform intakes of residents, documenting their medical histories and health concerns
- Review medical records and charts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies and contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies as needed
- Support medical staff with orientation and training
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- Degree from an approved LPN training program
- Flexible scheduling with a wide variety of shifts and facilities to choose from
