Avera McKennan Hospital - Avera Surgical Center is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Outpatient Surgical Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm position with an 80-hour biweekly schedule. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on orthopedics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons during outpatient procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Satisfactory completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program
  • Previous experience as a Surgical Technician preferred
  • Successful completion of National Exam of Surgical Technicians preferred
Benefits:

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $31.75 per hour, dependent upon experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including paid time off and options for free health insurance.
